The Fire That Burns Within

This poem and my painting go together like peas and carrots!

My interpretation of the second chakra is displayed in the painting above as the fire that burns within–allowing us to create and maintain a healthy and pleasurable life. This energy center  is associated with sexuality, sensuality, creativity and desire.

When we develop the ability to nurture all aspects of ourselves, we can truly live passionate lives. I have noticed that my life transforms the most when I start asking myself the right questions.
